NOW - 18 dead and 13 injured in Lewiston, Maine shootings at Schemengees Bar and Grille and a children's bowling league at Sparetime Recreation.

Person of interest, Robert Card, a 40-year-old firearms instructor and Army Reservist, has a history of mental health issues, was committed 2 weeks to a mental health facility this summer, and reportedly "hears voices."

Previously, Robert reportedly threatened to "shoot up the National Guard Base in Saco, ME."

Maine State police, the FBI, and ATF are now involved, a state-wide manhunt is underway.
