Apparently, it wasn't so much a climate protest, but Panamanians protesting a Canadian mining company, which was granted carte blanche rights to mine copper by the corrupt government.
The guy is Kenneth Darlington, and he's the lawyer for the WEF which helped push the legislation through to permit the mining.
