After being frozen for 90 days, the official exchange rate resumed its daily devaluation pace (crawling peg), causing an increase in the North American currency in alternative quotes.
It is worth noting that the national government implemented a devaluation of 17.9% the day after the presidential primary elections (PASO), as part of the agreement with the IMF. However, it subsequently held the exchange rate for a period of three months.
