🔶️ Once the defenders of the current order are reduced to being "terrified" by the "stupidity" of the growing cohort of people who no longer buy into the dying value system and ideology, you're in the last, dismal act of a regime.
🔶️ Anyway, calling young people here stupid for sitting down and reading a dense 8 page letter is a category error. The issue isn't a lack intelligence, the issue is them not sharing your value system.
🔶️ Young people not believing in communism in the Soviet Union in 1989 wasn't an issue of them being "stupid". It's was an issue of them not believing in communism. And it happened because communism was no longer possible for them to believe in.
