Biden gave Texas 24 hours to comply with the US Supreme Court ruling and transfer border patrol posts to the federal government.
At the moment, the Texas National Guard is in control of the largest crossing point through which illegal migrants entered the United States. Local officials said the Biden administration committed “high treason” by failing to control the flow of migrants and neglect border security.
The 25 states supporting Texas began sending reinforcements by air and land to protect the Texas border and prevent possible federal intervention.
