If you want to ‘prep’ for the end times, it must be done from a biblical standpoint otherwise your efforts will be in vain
The Lord Jesus told us that all of the law was summarized in these two sayings— Love the Lord your God and Love your neighbor
I firmly believe the proper manner to prep (sustain) can be done in the same way
First and foremost, before we do anything, we must Love the Lord God Almighty with our entire heart otherwise we will be led astray by deceitful spirits
Led into fear, led into believing lies, etc.
The Spirit foretold of a specific end-times season when the Christian community would depart from sound doctrine
That being said, to Love the Lord your God is to be spiritually prepped
We must ground ourselves in faith. This can be done through prayer, reading the Word, fellowshiping, and researching
Study to show yourself approved and seek the Kingdom of Heaven first. Everything else will be added unto you
In regards to the physical, I believe a good way to prep in this manner is to take your loved ones (neighbors, family, etc.) into account first
Not everyone has received the blessing from God to have the eyes and ears to see what’s on the horizon
There was likely a time where we too thought the end times was ‘crazy talk’
To love your neighbor is to care for them and where their soul ends up
Share the Good News with them, warn them of what’s coming, and also have an abundance of items that may be proven vital during the event of chaos/collapse. Keep in mind not everyone prepares. Those who might’ve ridiculed you in times past will be flocking to you for a meal
Physical preps can be anything from extra food, water, seeds, Bibles, Guns/Ammo, a safe haven, Solar/gas power, tools, gear, gold/silver/jewelry, etc.
If you’ve seen the movie Fahrenheit 451, you know that predictive programming has foretold us there will be a time where physical copies of books (the Bible) will be outlawed
So make sure to have a few extra Bibles on hand
Anything that has inherent value that you find yourself using on a day to day basis will most likely come in handy when chaos erupts
I’ve always believed that having extra food/water on hand will not only help you feed a loved one or a stranger in a time of need but it will also present you with an opportunity to share the gospel with that person
That’s what all of this boils down to. The end times and the great commission go hand in hand
Many will depart from the faith, but many new believers will enter into the faith
If you are in a financial bind: exercise, training, and general survival skills/knowledge can be of a huge benefit to you or your loved ones
You could even set up ‘bug out bags’ for you and your family/friends with things you already own— extra clothing, spare food, first aid, etc.
Some people can’t afford to prep. Others don’t believe in it. That’s why I say the most important thing to focus on ‘prepping’ is your spirit
Let’s say you have stockpiles of food, guns, the best gear, etc. and something tragic happens on the way to your rendezvous point and you die
Having the most or the best of something doesn’t mean anything after that. The only thing that matters is where your soul goes
We may prep for years and never get to use said preps
No matter how hard we may try to extend our lives, our future is ultimately in Gods hands, and He can call us out of here at any point in time
That’s why spiritual prepping is most important. It’s the one thing we can all afford to do. Salvation is literally a FREE gift
Fill your heart and mind with Gods Word. Don’t let the worries of the world lead you to a place distant from God
Pray over the matter. Let God guide you to whatever He sees best
Prepping is fun. Guns are cool. There is peace in having a little extra of everything tucked away just in case
I am no expert in prepping, so if I missed anything feel free to comment below
God bless y’all

US diesel crack surpasses $100 a barrel for the first time on supply disruptions
... and the supply of refined fuels is already nearly exhausted. A hard landing is visible ahead, for farmers, for trucking, and ... well, for everything that requires food (people) and energy (the entire economy).
These are very likely the final days of relative normalcy during which to prepare. Get ready.
🌾 🌍 🚜 JPMorgan warns a massive global food supply crisis could begin next year as fertilizer shortages tighten agricultural supply.
JPMorgan is the latest institutional research desk to warn that the next global food crisis may already be taking shape, driven by what its analysts describe as the "Five Ws": War, Weather, Warehousing, Water, and Waste.
In a new report titled Food Security Is National Security: A Compounding Storm, a team led by London-based senior global economist Nora Szentivanyi warned that disruptions around the Strait of Hormuz and the emergence of a potentially historic El Niño could weaken crop yields, constrain agricultural production, and keep food inflation elevated through the first half of 2027.
"Successive shocks since COVID have compounded, eroding food production capacity and keeping food price pressures elevated into 2027," Szentivanyi said, warning that "this is not a short-lived shock; it has reduced the likelihood of near-term disinflation, and the food ...
