If they can reframe the issue as “Americans vs Leftists” then they can mobilize conservatives to fight against their own interests in support of Israel.
Of course just out of frame, beside the American flag is an Israeli flag, which the crypto-Jew Thiel network conveniently cropped out, a not so subtle reminder that the American flag photo op is a thin veneer to conscript conservatives to fight for Israel’s strategic interests.
