This war will first and foremost come as a shock and awe, I expect this war to come on a sudden when everybody least expects it.
The first 3-4 hours of the start of this war is extremely crucial, I expect an armada of airstrikes at crucial points even if it causes civilian casualties
Also let me be very specific these airstrikes won't be limited to Lebanon itself.
One thing Israel has to get right is the first 3-4 hours of this campaign, if not then Israel will basically loose the initiative then & there.
As always Israel will have to rely on it's air power to do it's magic like back in the six day war.
I don't see a land based operation "alone" successful in this case until and unless Hezbollah's rocket armada is degraded in the first 48 hours.
