CrowdStrike executive part of the worldwide software glitch, mysteriously sold off stocks
CrowdStrike Holdings Inc., reported that its Chief Security Officer, Shawn Henry, sold 4,000 shares of the company's Class A common stock on July 15th.
The stock was sold at a price of $371.32 per share, totaling approximately $1.49 million.
