⚡️🇺🇸 The two (2) Jordanians detained after trying to run a box truck through the main gates of U.S Marine Base Quantico back in May were released from custody after posting bail (One had bail at $10,000 USD, the other at $15,000 USD).
It has been worth mentioning that this has been speculated by the Gate Guards along with many others that given the nature of the situation; that this was a dry run for a VBIED (Vehicle Born Improvised Explosive Device) attack on the base to see how far they can get onto the base before being stopped.
Admin note: Both Jordanians were in the United States illegally, one having overstayed a student visa, while the other illegally crossed the southern border and admitted to doing so. Both posted bail within a week of having been given it, and unsurprisingly their bail was cheaper than someone who would’ve been arrested for Jaywalking.

🛢📈 — Reuters reports that oil is approaching $100 per barrel following the latest exchange of attacks between Americans and Iranians on oil tankers.
▶️The price of Brent crude has risen to $97.07 per barrel, while American WTI crude has risen to $92.28. In the past week, Brent has risen by 7.8%, while WTI has risen by nearly 10%.
▶️On Saturday, U.S. forces attacked three Iranian oil tankers, one of which was stationed near the island of Kharg, a key center for Iranian oil exports. In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced attacks on three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz and three more U.S. ships.
▶️In this context, traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has sharply declined. Over the past 10 days, an average of only 10 cargo ships have transited the strait per day – the lowest level since May.
