What’s Happening in Georgia?
— The ruling Georgian Dream party claims a 54% victory per initial Central Election Commission results, but opposition parties allege electoral manipulation, including voter intimidation and ballot tampering, calling it a “constitutional coup.”
— President Salome Zourabichvili has urged protests against "fraudulent election", warning that accepting the results aligns Georgia with Russian interests.
— Opposition leaders, especially from the United National Movement (UNM), reject the results, accusing Georgian Dream founder Bidzina Ivanishvili of orchestrating an anti-democratic process.
— The election arrives amid heightened scrutiny over Georgia’s ties to Russia and questions about its commitment to democratic principles and EU ambitions, framing this as a pivotal moment between European alignment or Russian influence.
It's easy to mock this guy, laugh at him, say it's always Gingers etc.
However why are we not asking why, as a society, young men are making life choices like this?

A key Atlantic current could be pushed to the brink of collapse within decades, supposedly ushering in a new ice age and dramatically raising sea levels, climate scientists have claimed in a controversial new study published in the journal Communications Earth & Environment.
Per the new findings, the at-risk current in question is the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation or AMOC, a “conveyor belt of the ocean” that funnels warm water toward the ocean surface — from the tropics to the Northern Hemisphere.
This current, which includes the Gulf Stream that runs from the Gulf of Mexico to the US East Coast and across the Atlantic to Europe, helps maintain the mild climate of Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast.
