🇺🇸🏛 VICTORY – America First Legal and a Coalition of 16 State Attorneys General Win Lawsuit to Stop Biden-Harris Administration’s Illegal Attempt to Grant Mass Amnesty to Countless Illegal Aliens
Today, America First Legal (AFL), representing Attorney General Ken Paxton, won a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris Administration’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regarding an unlawful program that would have provided administrative amnesty and a pathway to citizenship to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in the United States.
On August 23, 2024, the AFL partnered with the States of Texas and Idaho, along with a coalition of fourteen state Attorneys General—Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming—to sue the Biden-Harris DHS and block its illegal executive amnesty scheme.
That program has now been officially stopped in court thanks to AFL and courageous Attorneys General across the country.
