-Eliminate homework
-Eliminate weekly tests
-Allow for late assignment hand-ins
-Allow students to skip class without affecting grade
-Make getting an "80" an "A"
-Allow students to pass with a grade as low as "21"
You will no longer need an actual education to "educate" yourself in California, according to the new program.
