Trump’s DOJ Says EPA Will Appeal Landmark Fluoride Ruling
The decision to appeal came from the solicitor general at the DOJ, who reports to Pam Bondi and the White House. In February, a federal judge ruled against the EPA, concluding that water fluoridation at current levels poses an unreasonable risk to children’s health and ordering the EPA to address the issue.

Ukraine looking to seize assets of UOC’s Family Affairs Department

The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal opened proceedings on September 22 in the case, which was filed by the state service against the religious organization known as the Synodal Department Mission of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church for Family Affairs. The agency wants the department liquidated and all its property, funds, and other assets—except for liturgical items—transferred to state ownership.
