He has gone viral for his political speech today in sentencing Joey Barton.
This same judge let a paedophile Callum Latimer, 23, avoid prison.
He was found 165 indecent pictures and videos - including 58 category A - the most serious category.
He also had 1,578 prohibited images of children some of which showed young girls aged between three and 10 years old.
He was given a suspended sentence.
