When Iran attacked a secret cloud-seeding and weather control center in the UAE, it targeted not just a "base", but the "heart" of the climate control system, which intentionally caused drought in Iraq and eastern Iran.
As a result, there were drastic climate changes:
• Resumption of rainfall in Iran and Iraq after many years of drought
• Temperature drop (to about 5 degrees)
• Return of floods, which partially saved agriculture
• Change in wind flows and the return of clouds to the region
This "secret center" in the UAE, according to Al-Hasani, was part of a global climate management network.
